The Certificate in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a detailed training program designed for licensed clinicians. This course offers an in-depth exploration of the use of ketamine in psychotherapy, emphasizing ethical considerations, informed consent, and best practices for administration and integration. Participants will gain hands-on experience through live online sessions, roleplays, and case-based learning, ensuring they are well-prepared to support clients through the entire therapeutic process.

The curriculum spans twelve weeks and covers a wide range of topics including the psychological and neurobiological effects of ketamine, preparation and dosing protocols, and strategies for effective integration. Weekly sessions include practical exercises and demonstrations to solidify understanding and application. Additionally, the course provides valuable resources such as video demonstrations and peer learning opportunities to enhance the learning experience.

Participants will also receive guidance on the business aspects of ketamine therapy, including how to establish a practice and collaborate with prescribers. About Instructor

Tatayo (“Fruit of the Wind”) first arrived in Gabon in 1971 at the age of 21 and became a Gabonese citizen. In 1979, he became the first white person to be initiated into the Bwiti Fang tradition in Gabon. In 1994, he was initiated into the Misokko tradition. As a guide for numerous expeditions and missions, including those of National Geographic, the BBC, and others, Tatayo is considered to have “opened the door” to westerners in Gabon.
