The University of Amsterdam (UvA) Summer Programmes Office has been running immersive summer courses for over 25 years. They create programmes in a wide range of subjects, and don't shy away from tackling challenging topics. They welcome approximately 500 students each summer from around the world into our interdisciplinary classrooms.

UvA, offers a course titled "The Psychedelic Universe: Global Perspectives on Higher Consciousness" as part of its summer school program. This course epitomizes UvA's commitment to exploring cutting-edge and interdisciplinary topics. It delves into the historical, cultural, and religious facets of psychedelic substances, tracing their influence from ancient times through to the modern "Psychedelic Renaissance."
