The Psychedelic Therapy Training, a non-profit project under the aegis of AWE Foundation, is dedicated to fostering personal transformation through a profound and comprehensive three-year hybrid curriculum, integrating both online and residential learning experiences. The training emphasizes therapeutic models of transpersonal psychotherapy, insights from core shamanic lineages, and modern psychedelic medicine research. They offer a Master of Arts in Psychedelic Therapy and a PhD in Psychedelic Studies in partnership with Ubiquity University, along with a Certificate for Transpersonal Psychotherapy in collaboration with EUROTAS (European Transpersonal Association). The curriculum, with an intensity of 1,400 hours plus dissertation, is meticulously designed to encapsulate supervised hands-on practice, personal experience, and self-knowledge, laying a solid foundation for individuals keen on diving deep into the realms of psychedelic education.

Their program is split evenly between non-residential learning led by pioneers in the psychedelic field and experiential work in intensives which include therapy retreats, dietas, initiations, and pilgrimages. Half of these intensives are focused on experiential transpersonal therapy while the other half are held in indigenous territories, providing a rich tapestry of learning experiences from authentic psychedelic communities and elders. The training includes two ten-day intensives each year, covering a breadth of topics and practices like gestalt, systemic constellations, transpersonal psychotherapy, and meditation. Through pilgrimages to indigenous territories, students are given the invaluable opportunity to build relationships with authentic psychedelic communities and learn from their shamanic traditions and power plants. This immersive learning journey is structured to bring about a revolution in consciousness, extending the frontiers of psychedelic education, and nurturing a new wave of therapists adept in the therapeutic potential of psychedelics.
