Through projects such as the Modern Spirit Epigenetics Project, conducted in partnership with the University of Southern California Dept. of Psychiatry and the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies, Modern Spirit delves into the biochemical alterations engendered by MDMA-assisted Psychotherapy, showcasing the profound impact of psychedelic education and therapy on trauma healing.

Extending its tendrils from Phoenix to California and globally, Modern Spirit is invested in collaborative projects that underscore the synergy between modern medicine and traditional healing practices. The reciprocity project, for instance, provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to Native Americans in the Phoenix/Mesa area, yielding encouraging outcomes in alleviating depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
