ICEERS
The International Center for Ethnobotanical Education, Research, and Service (ICEERS) is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on transforming society's relationship with psychoactive plants. By addressing fundamental issues arising from the globalization of ayahuasca, iboga, and other ethnobotanicals, ICEERS aims to create a more informed and responsible understanding of these substances.
Over the past decade, ICEERS has provided valuable support and resources to the community, attending to over 1,000 cases through their donation-based Support Center, which offers integration services and answers medical questions related to plants. In addition, their Ayahuasca Legal Defense Fund (ADF) has assisted in more than 200 legal cases across 54 countries. With a research department boasting over 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals, ICEERS has now channeled this wealth of knowledge into their newly launched educational program.
