Course Description

DB 101: How to Microdose is a comprehensive course designed to help you improve your mood, focus, and overall sense of well-being using microdosing.

In recent years, thousands of people have reported that microdosing has helped with their depression, insomnia, lack of focus, and a general sense of despair. This course will guide you through the process of finding the right dose, protocol, substance, and tracking your results to optimize your routine.

The course is led by Adam Bramlage, a microdosing coach and educator with hundreds of clients in his private practice. Since 2023, the course has included a live group support session with a DoubleBlind-approved microdosing coach, a recording of a workshop on the science, benefits, and limitations of microdosing with Dr. James Fadiman, prompts and tips for 30 days to help you stay on track, and a free 1-month DB+ membership trial.
