Course Description

DB 101: How to Microdose is a comprehensive course designed to help you improve your mood, focus, and overall sense of well-being using microdosing.

Since 2023, the course has included a live group support session with a DoubleBlind-approved microdosing coach, a recording of a workshop on the science, benefits, and limitations of microdosing with Dr. James Fadiman, prompts and tips for 30 days to help you stay on track, and a free 1-month DB+ membership trial.
