The Advanced Workshop III on Ketamine- and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapies covers various themes. These include strategic use of low-dose/psycholytic sessions, advancements in set/setting and preparatory processes, harnessing the client’s “language of self,” optimizing clinical outcomes, durability of positive effects in KAP, expectation management, screening, psychological experiences in KAP, therapeutic work with symbols, images, and imagination processes within a relational context.

The workshop also explores challenges like psychological dependence and wishful projections in altered states of consciousness. Case examples will illustrate key points and perspectives.

About Instructor

Tatayo (“Fruit of the Wind”) first arrived in Gabon in 1971 at the age of 21 and became a Gabonese citizen. In 1979, he became the first white person to be initiated into the Bwiti Fang tradition in Gabon. In 1994, he was initiated into the Misokko tradition. As a guide for numerous expeditions and missions, including those of National Geographic, the BBC, and others, Tatayo is considered to have “opened the door” to westerners in Gabon.
